Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager
- Security Systems to join our passionate and driven team in Home Base - National

To be part of a forward-thinking, strategic and dynamic Sales team, working in partnership with Security Systems Operation Division, sales professional that loves what they do, business-to-business calls, data base management which incorporates researchof trends and opportunities within Security/Asset Protection sector. New appointments and lead generation.

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Business research via CRM database.
- Contacting potential new business clients, understanding their needs with a view to booking meetings.
- Meeting and exceeding appointment targets (expected 5 per week).
- Diarising and maintaining up-to-date records on the CRM database.
- Building effective relationships with prospective clients and Business Development Teams.
- Identifying new business opportunities.

**About You**:

- An ability to influence, instill confidence and win new business.
- A proven track record of sales.
- Meet and exceed targets.
- Experience in data management and research.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
- You are a true team player; you will thrive in a collaborative environment.
- You are tenacious, engaging and ambitious.
- Previous experience in a Security Sales working environment.
