Security Control Room Manager (Highly responsive/reactive environment) 2pm – 10pm Monday to Friday (there is flexibility on the working hours) On call 1 weekend out of 4 (standby allowance and call out fee will be additional pay) £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Frimley The role Our Security Control Room Manager will be responsible for the running of a portfolio of sites working closely with their Control Room Supervisors, Response Officers, Static Officers and Patrol Officers. This position at times, will be working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, managing all escalated telephone calls, emails and radio communication. As the manager, you will have responsibility for ongoing recruitment and training of the control room officers and when applicable the other teams as well as implementing policies, procedures and new systems.
