**The Role**

We are looking for an organised and proactive Client Service Executive who will be responsible for assisting in the Project Delivery and Client Services of Digital Media Solutions for major retail clients. In this role, you will be assisting a Client Manager and you will be responsible for dealing with clients, customers and suppliers, reviewing store designs and providing quotes, sourcing the hardware and software, planning the delivery of the project and making sure the store can open on the proposed date.

If you have excellent Customer Service skills, a basic understanding of floor plans, experience in using MS Excel and looking to grow your career in Project Delivery, this would be the best role for you.

**Skills and **Experience**:

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- A passion for technology and how it can benefit retail organisations
- Attention to detail, quick learner, and team player
- Good knowledge and experience using Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritise tasks, multitask, and have strong organisational abilities in a fast-paced team.
- An approachable and open character who can adapt to many situations
- Being adaptable to the needs and expectations of clients and customers
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service

**Desirable Skills and Experience**:

- Knowledge of IT and software data entry
- A creative eye and flare
- Marketing or relevant business experience
- A passion for branding and design
