Are you looking to join one of the UK's largest privately owned real estate and development companies? Our client works predominantly on both high rise apartments and student accommodation and due to an increase in sales we're looking for a project administratorto work on their site in Liverpool City Centre on a permanent basis.
The primary responsibilities are to;
Ensure all project administration is planned accordingly
Produce monthly client reports based on information collated from the site team
Ensure weekly site checks are uploaded and monthly audits of documentation is completed
Support with induction and training of new staff as directed by project/site manager
General ad-hoc administration and support to project team
You will need;
Previous experience of both administration and work on a site essential
Excellent computer skills
Keenness to work in a fast pace office environment
High attention to detail and solutions focused
Hands on approach and can do attitude
