**Job Title: Deputy Manager**

**Salary: Competitive**

**Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 07:00 - 16:00 - 45 hours per week**

**Location: Welwyn Garden City**

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Undertake regular auditing and monitoring ensuring the service remains compliant in all areas.
- Manage daily bookings and events calendar.
- Ability to lead meetings and communicate professionally and positively
- Support line manager with day-to-day service, and the team with hospitality events.
- Support line manager with training and empowering team on site.
- Stock management
- stock take, stock rotation, placing the orders.
- Produce and share with the client daily reports.
- Temporary cover GM role while on annual leave.
- Required to work occasionally event functions.

**About You**:

- Hospitality and Facilities experience would be a plus as the role includes event setups.
- Some cleaning experience would be a bonus but training will be given.
- Hospitality or Facilities Qualifications BIC's qualifications would be a bonus.
