Our Academy Trainer will be focused on internal professional growth at Fennies, creating and facilitating dynamic sessions that inspire and help to improve the practice of our individuals. Being passionate about Early Years and child development is essential **What is does the 7-month maternity cover of the Apprenticeship Lead role include?** For the first 7 months of your employment, you will be maternity cover for the Apprenticeship Lead role for 2 days a week. This is an exciting opportunity to work with managers across the organisation, sharing learner data, providing guidance on apprenticeship requirements, and ensuring these are delivered to an exceptional standard. As Apprenticeship Lead you will visit the nurseries to support the learners and management with the apprenticeship programme, working with our training provider to meet individual learner requirements and develop knowledge and skills. **Who are Fennies?** Leading the early years sector since 1992, Fennies Nurseries are there at the forefront of early education with our well-designed buildings, our supportive Fennies Academy and our quality focused education team.
