Nuffield Health is the charity that’s building a healthier nation, one day at a time. From award-winning hospitals and leisure facilities to flagship community programmes - we’ll do whatever it takes to look after the UK’s wellbeing. It starts with passion and commitment to quality. It starts with you.

Are you an experienced trainer with a passion for clinical systems? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your expertise and ability to connect with people can drive real change? We’re looking for a Senior LIMS Trainer to join our team and play a pivotal role in a large-scale transformation project.

**About the Role**:
As the **Senior LIMS Trainer**, you’ll be responsible for delivering comprehensive training for the implementation of the **Cirdan ULTRA laboratory system** across all Nuffield Health pathology locations. You will lead the training cycle, from content creation to delivery, ensuring that all stakeholders - from pathology teams to consultants - are fully equipped to use the new system effectively. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how our teams work, ensuring smooth adoption of the new system while providing ongoing support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Lead the Training Cycle**: Own the full training cycle for the implementation of Cirdan ULTRA across all Nuffield Health pathology locations, from initial preparation through to post-implementation support.
- ** Engage and Influence Stakeholders**: Work closely with pathology teams, consultants, and other key stakeholders, using your expert communication skills to engage, influence, and support them through the transition.
- ** Deliver Impactful Training**: Develop and deliver engaging, tailored training sessions, focusing on challenging cohorts and complex processes to ensure all teams are confident in using the system.
- ** Collaborate and Support**: Partner with Pathology Managers to deliver a tailored training plan and hypercare support, ensuring the teams have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
- ** Resolve Issues and Offer Solutions**: Act as the point of contact for all training-related queries, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely, efficient manner.
- ** Monitor Progress**: Track training attendance, readiness, and effectiveness to ensure training milestones are met and that the deployment is successful.
- ** Support the Team**: Work alongside the Systems Training Lead to mentor and support the wider systems training team, fostering a collaborative environment.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Experience**: You’ll have a proven track record as a trainer of clinical systems, ideally in a laboratory or healthcare setting.
- ** Relationship Building**: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, quickly building effective working relationships.
- ** Adaptability and Resilience**: You’ll be solution-focused, adaptable, and able to handle challenging situations with a calm, ‘can-do’ attitude.
- ** Clear Communication**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a way that’s accessible and engaging for diverse audiences.
- ** Leadership**: A proactive and resilient leader, capable of taking ownership of decisions and driving change through your training initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a large-scale, high-impact project that will shape the future of our pathology services. As a Senior LIMS Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering the **Cirdan ULTRA** system across our sites, making a real difference to our teams and the way they work. In this role, you can use your expertise, drive transformation, and make a tangible impact.
