It starts with you.As a Systems Trainer youll be instrumental in helping our people feel confident and capable when using new and evolving digital systems. Your initial focus will be on supporting the implementation and training for Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS).This is a hybrid role combining remote working with travel across the UK as required to deliver in-person training and support. Youll design and deliver practical engaging training that meets the needs of both clinical and non-clinical staffensuring they can use systems effectively in their day-to-day roles.As a Systems Trainer you will:Deliver high-quality training for digital systems used across the organisationDesign blended learning experiences including virtual classrooms e-learning and face-to-face sessionsWork closely with stakeholders to understand training needs and tailor your approachProvide hands-on support during and after implementation to embed learning and build confidenceBuild strong relationships with site-level contacts to support ongoing learning and adoptionContribute to continuous improvement across the training lifecycleTo succeed as a Systems Trainer you will bring:Experience delivering systems training in healthcare or similar environmentsExcellent communication and facilitation skillsAbility to explain complex systems in a clear accessible wayHigh digital literacy and confidence using training tools and platformsA learner-focused mindset and collaborative working styleLevel 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or equivalent experienceDesirable Skills:Experience with healthcare or operational systemsCoaching or mentoring experienceUnderstanding of adult learning principles and instructional designHelping you feel good.We want you to love coming to work feeling healthy happy and valued.
