NonStop Care working with a Good Ofsted local authority in East Yorkshire, who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their **Children With Disabilities team**

This specialist service provided by the Children's Disability Team is ultimately for those children with the most severe and complex needs.

They have a permanent workforce, with no agency staff over the last six months and Due to having such **high staff retention,**you will have the comfort of joining a team with **experienced staff/ management helping you along the way**.

They have also achieved a **Good Ofsted** rating, which comments on their good practice meaning you have the satisfaction of knowing you are making a positive change within your community of service users.

They have an **engaged senior management team** who will routinely spend time with you to understand the challenges you face and how they can support you in your role / to **achieve your development goals and further your career.**
