One of these amazing departments that has been instrumental in making this success happen has been our **WAREHOUSE & DISTRIBUTION** team. Through this fantastic period of growth, with more and more Mamas & Papas products being bought, we are looking to recruit an **IMPORTS CO-ORDINATOR.**

**The role of IMPORTS CO-ORDINATOR**
An **IMPORTS CO-ORDINATOR** is a vital position within Mamas & Papas in making sure all deliveries into our warehouses from around the world arrive on time, so that we can then distribute out to our customers on time as well.
Within this fast paced, “no day the same” opportunity, you will:

- Give authorisation to suppliers & freight forwarders to move goods, in accordance with dates, item quantities and destination requests on inbound products.
- Track, monitor and update shipping documentation to ensure smooth flow of goods through receiving country’s Customs borders
- Issue inbound delivery booking slots for our UK warehouses so that it aligns with stock control, timings and warehouse shift patterns.
- Obtain quotations for non-standard, off rate-card shipments e.g. for airfreights
- Check invoices to confirm costs in line with relevant quotations
- Process daily all entries into and removals from our Customs Bonded warehouse software.
