We are recruiting an In House Resourcer for our blue chip client based just outside of Sheffield City Centre with excellent links to the motorways.

As the In House Resourcer you will be working alongside the Talent Resourcing Partner and wider HR team and will be responsible for searching and selecting some of the best talent across the region across both volume roles and experienced hires.

Key responsibilities include:

- Build great relationships with hiring managers to best understand their needs and build a sustainable pipeline of talent for the future.
- Creating social media initiatives to attract talent towards the brand.
- Maintaining and managing the resourcing system and administration.
- Working with the Talent Resourcing Partner to manage the recruitment agencies and other suppliers.
- Attend open days and career fairs when required.
- Advise and coach hiring managers on best practice for interviews and assessment.

We are looking for:

- Experience working in internal or agency recruitment
