We are looking for an Area Services Coordinator to join Thames Water permanently.
In this position, you will assume a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operations of our Strategic sites.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with key team members, upholding stringent health and safety standards, overseeing performance metrics, and ensuring the functionality of essential equipment.

Furthermore, this opportunity serves as a springboard for progression into significant managerial roles, providing a well-defined pathway for career advancement and professional development.
- Based Locations: Greenwich Storm / Hammersmith/ Abbey Mills, Stratford.
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 07:30 am to 3:00 pm.
- Offering a salary up to £45,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.

**What you’ll be doing as an Area Services Coordinator**
- Maintain the performance dashboard to ensure current information aligns with the Controller of Premises' requirements. Monitor and address any overdue actions in odour management plans promptly.
- Demonstrate and take ownership of critical equipment such as LOLER and PUWER, focusing on improving KPIs and maintenance.
- Review and update key Health and Safety documents for areas like Asbestos, Legionella, Local Drills, and Fire, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Work with Catchments to manage overdue statutory inspection actions.
- Conduct at least 2 monthly SHE (Safety, Health, and Environmental) inspections and observations.
- Perform statutory inspection audits every six months to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Demonstrating a background in Health and Safety or holding relevant qualifications would be highly beneficial.
- This position demands a keen eye for detail and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
- Having a driving license is highly advantageous for this role due to the significant amount of travel involved, as not all sites are accessible by public transport.
