**Job Title**:Service Administrator/Scheduler
**Industry**: Catering
**Package**: £22,000 to £24,000 per year with 25 days holiday + bank holidays, company pension.
**Location**: Office-based.
**The Company**
Florigo supplies foodservice equipment to the catering industry, mainly within the UK. It provides the best quality equipment available on the market via a long-standing exclusive distributorship arrangement with a leading manufacturer in Holland.
**Skills and Qualities**
- A methodical planner with a can-do attitude.
- Strong organisational skills to manage workload effectively.
- Be able to listen, sympathise with the customer and record information accurately.
- Establish facts and have a great eye for detail.
- A positive customer service attitude, comfortable communicating at all levels.
- The ability to identify and escalate priority issues.
- Good administration skills and knowledge of Microsoft software.
**Responsibilities**
- Being the first point of contact for a customer with a problem and establish the best course of action to resolve with the SLA.
- Plan the day-to-day workload of the engineer team.
- Provide customers and engineers with information using the database.
- Make sure client annual servicing is up to date.
- Despatch of parts orders when required.
- Follow up customer queries where necessary.
**Qualifications**
- You need to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role.
- Have a full driving licence.
