We're working with a leading healthcare and life sciences provider who are looking to add a Senior Marketing Executive to work across multiple brands covering primarily B2B and some B2C marketing. If you're ambitious and on an upward trajectory in your marketing career, this role could be a great match.

**The Job...**

The Senior Marketing Executive will report into, and work closely with, the Marketing Manager. This business is growing fast and this position slots in to their wider commercial team. Over the coming years there will be plenty of room to progress, for the right person.

You'll be taking responsibility for the development, implementation and performance of a content plan to support the overarching key messages for each brand and specific campaigns. A key part of the role will be positioning the organisation as a thought leader, using a range of offline and online channels including organic and sponsored social media, search optimised blog and web content, and advertising on trade media.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Creating engaging content to support organic search and social media, and ultimately generate leads.
- Researching potential customers, monitoring competitors, and keeping up to date with the latest marketing trends; all with a view to differentiating the business and driving success.
- Making sure the various websites meet modern standards and act as an effective shop-front for the company.
- Regular monitoring and reporting on analytics across all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and website performance.
- Assisting the Marketing Manager with the organisation of events and conferences and the production of offline marketing collateral.
- Developing relationships with industry media representatives and seeking regular opportunities to submit press releases with key publications.
- Updating and interrogating the Company CRM and Marketing Automation systems to create targeted and segmented campaign audiences.

**About You...**

If you're a creative and driven marketer, ideally with at least 4 years experience in the capacity of Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Executive, and want to move to a growing business with plenty of opportunity for career progression, this could be a great opportunity for you.

**Here's some of the experience you need to be able to demonstrate**:

- Excellent copywriting / content writing skills.
- Experience of Google Analytics and Adwords.
- Knowledge and ability to use 3rd party SEO tools such as Semrush.
- Expertise in social media management for both B2B and B2C marketing, including content creation, content scheduling, building audiences and nurturing engagement.
- Experience of using the Wordpress CMS.
- Exposure to marketing automation / CRM software.

This business is experiencing excellent growth thanks to ongoing investment. They're a very ambitious Pharma company who are looking to grow by about 5x over the next 3 years. You'll get to be involved in a repositioning marketing piece as they've diversified, as well as new marketing aimed to widen the company's audience. Working from a modern facility in Deeside, you'll thoroughly enjoy the close collaboration you'll experience with your colleagues on a daily basis.
