**Purpose of the role**:
As our **CRM Executive** you will support the CRM agenda within marketing at Iceland, continually optimising and evolving our CRM communications to drive online transactions and benefit the broader marketing objective of driving multi-channel transactions through increased loyalty and Lifetime value of customers.
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Campaign activity focused on, but not limited to, Trade, cross sell and upsell communication
- Coordinate with Campaign Managers and design resources to procure creative assets.
- Coordinate with wider marketing and Trade teams to develop campaigns and share results
- Manage relationship with UX and design team to share learning and drive engaging content

**Skills**:

- Previous experience of creating CRM communications
- Experience with A/B testing
- Retail industry preferred although not essential
- Able to work at a fast pace & multitask
- Proficient with Google Analytics & Excel
- A strong team player & communicator
