**Recruitment Consultant - Life Sciences - Warm Desk, Full Sector Training Given**

**Evidencia Life Sciences** is a specialist Life Science Recruitment Consultancy. We have over 12 years experience delivering Global Market Access recruitment expertise to the Pharma, Biotech, Consultancy, and Medical Device sectors.

We are recruiting motivated and ambitious individuals, who have proven experience in exceeding targets to join our growing team as a **Recruitment Consultant**. The role will be situated in our central Horsham office. Due to the ever-growing investment at Evidencia, we have warm desks with active roles ready to work and fees unparalleled to alternative sectors.

As a **Recruitment Consultant** within Evidencia, previous experience within the Life Sciences space is not necessary as tailored onboarding will be given in addition to ongoing training and development from an expert with 20 years in the sector. We will work with you to create a personalised career path for progression, enabling you to develop personally and reach your goals.

**Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant**:

- Manage a full 360 warm desk with active vacancies, whilst also bringing in new business opportunities and developing client relationships
- Headhunt and network within the Pharma Industry globally, to engage and attract key talent for our established and growing client base.
- Understand the market trends and growth within the sector.

**About you**:

- Excellent communication skills and ability to build long term business relationships
- Keen interest in personal development and looking for a role with progression based on merit
- Ability to demonstrate a track record of high achievement or hitting targets
- Thrive under pressure and have set goals
- Previous experience in either recruitment, sales or consultative sales background.

OTE: £56K year one, £78k year two, £98k year three

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
