OTE: £56K year one, £78k year two, £98k year three

We are recruiting motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultants who have proven experience in exceeding targets to join our growing team.

Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant:

  • Manage a full 360 warm desk with active vacancies, whilst also bringing in new business opportunities and developing client relationships
  • Headhunt and network within the Pharma Industry globally, to engage and attract key talent for our established and growing client base.
  • Solve high level strategy problems by understanding the needs and opportunities of the business, candidate and client
  • Successfully place candidates into niche positions across the Life Sciences
  • Understand the market trends and growth within the sector.

About you:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build long term business relationships
  • Keen interest in personal development and looking for a role with progression based on merit
  • Ability to demonstrate a track record of high achievement or hitting targets
  • Thrive under pressure and have set goals
  • Previous experience in either recruitment, sales or consultative sales background.

As a Recruitment Consultant within Evidencia, previous experience within the Life Sciences space is not necessary, as tailored onboarding will be given in addition to ongoing training and development from an expert with 20 years in the sector.
