We’re seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to drive growth in our Accounting & Finance Consulting vertical — connecting top-tier interim and project professionals with management consultancies and advisory firms across Europe and the Americas. Key Responsibilities Build a desk from the ground up: Establish and scale a consulting-focused contract/interim recruitment desk specialising in Accounting, Finance Transformation, and Advisory talent. Business development: Identify, engage, and secure consulting and advisory clients through proactive outreach, market intel, and relationship-driven sales. Candidate management: Source, interview, and manage interim consultants and project specialists across finance transformation, ERP implementations, and regulatory change. Client delivery: Manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle, from client brief to placement, ensuring speed, accuracy, and quality.
