HR Business Partner

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced **HR Business Partner**to join our team in **Stockport**. You will join us on a full-time basis as part of a 9 month contract and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of **up to £40,000 (Dependent on Experience)** plus excellent benefits.

CDL are currently working on a fully remote basis until we believe it is safe to return to our campus in Stockport. When we return, we plan to adopt a hybrid working model of a minimum of two days per fortnight in the office.

**The HR Business Partner Role**

We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to cover a period of maternity leave. This is a key role in helping us shape and drive our people and culture strategy.

Working closely with the HR Team, you will be responsible for delivering our people strategy across our business. Working on several projects around leadership, performance management, talent management, culture and engagement, you will work closely withstakeholders to ensure your HR solutions best position departments to achieve their objectives.

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Experience of implementing HR systems and providing management information, payroll and HR reporting would be beneficial.
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a single point of contact for both employees and leaders. Proactively supporting the delivery of HR processes and proposing and implementing change, you will encourage the development a high performing, values drivenand engaged culture, provoking positive solutions and utilising HR metrics to demonstrate improvement.

You will additionally support our talent strategy to help develop and retain key talent within the organisation, maintaining a robust talent pipeline, proposing OD solutions and identifying and preparing development plans for key/high potential employees.

**The ideal HR Business Partner will have**:

- Level 7 CIPD or equivalent as a minimum
- Proven experience as a HR Business Partner dealing with complex HR issues
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to adapt style to communicate with people at all levels
- Experience of the Technology Industry would be an advantage
