We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate **HR Business Partner** to join the team in** Stockport.**You will join us on a **full time, permanent basis**and in return, you will receive a **highly competitive salary**of up to**£50,000**(Dependent on Experience),**plus excellent benefits.**

**CDL are currently working on a fully remote basis until we believe it is safe to return to our campus in Stockport. When we return, we plan to adopt a hybrid working model of a minimum of two days per fortnight in the office**

**The HR Business Partner Role**:
Working closely with the HR Team, you will be responsible for delivering our people strategy across our business. Working on several projects around leadership, performance management, talent management, culture and engagement, you will work closely withstakeholders to ensure your HR solutions best position departments to achieve their objectives.

As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a single point of contact for both employees and leaders. Proactively supporting the delivery of HR processes and proposing and implementing change, you will encourage the development of a high performing, valuesdriven and engaged culture, provoking positive solutions and utilising HR metrics to demonstrate improvement.

You will additionally support our talent strategy to help develop and retain key talent within the organisation, maintaining a robust talent pipeline, proposing OD solutions and identifying and preparing development plans for key/high potential employees.
**About CDL**:
**What we’re looking for in our HR Business Partner**:

- A Level 7 CIPD or equivalent as a minimum
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner dealing with complex HR issues
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to adapt style to communicate with people at all levels
- Experience in the Technology Industry would be an advantage
