**SCOPE OF ROLE**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work with CRM Manager to segment and schedule communications for all brands.
- Help to deliver an A/B testing plan and contribute recommendations to the trading team based on results.
- Aid with testing and implementation of onsite customer journey and actions that trigger targeted communications.
- Work with CRM and data teams to grow analysis skills and customer knowledge, aiming to help run weekly and daily reporting on communications. Utilise these skills to dive into performance across territories and brands to identify what is and is not performing for each site.
- Review and keep up to date with competitors on the latest innovations, trends, and personalised content. Ensuring requested campaigns also follow our best practice guidelines.
- Investigate permissions, preferences and communications queries referred by the Customer Services team.
- Create engaging push notifications to drive customer retention, in line with daily trading messages.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects assigned to the CRM team.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Degree or equivalent qualification or experience within a marketing or e-commerce environment is preferable but not essential
- Basic knowledge of all marketing channels
- Basic IT skills required, proficient in Excel
- Google Analytics experience
