**Your new role**

**You will be our new Group Flights Expert**
- Servicing bookings from start to finish, including post booking travel activities.
- Utilising up-selling and cross-selling, along with other techniques, to maximise
- revenue, using a consultative sales approach.
- Handling group flight and hotel bookings across the globe.
- Providing a professional consultancy service for all clients, anticipating their needs and offering a
- range of value-added solutions to exceed their expectations.
- Building relationships with and working alongside internal partners such as Product, Finance, and Commercial.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Experience within group travel within leisure or business travel is essential.
- Good Amadeus or other GDS knowledge such as Galileo or Sabre.
- Experience in the groups, meetings, events, or field trip sector.
- Focused on providing excellent service to customers.
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office.
- Flexible and able to prioritize tasks in line with business objectives
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to follow instructions.
- The ability to work within a team environment to achieve team/department objectives
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadline
- Good Geographical knowledge
