The Administrator provides wide-ranging administrative support for a variety of activities including English for Academic Purposes (EAP) courses, language courses, and language exam provision in CU Group that support the corporate strategy. This provision formsan integral part of the Group's activity and is critical to our client's international ambitions. The Administrator roles help to ensure that our high-quality provision gives students the best opportunity to progress and succeed on their destination degreeprogrammes and facilitates their future career path.
The Administrator role supports the delivery of high quality pre-sessional academic English courses, in-sessional support, Foundation programme delivery, and other language provision in the UK and overseas as required and as opportunities arise. The coursesor blocks may be delivered face-to-face on CU Group campuses, in other locations, online or in a blended mode. Therefore, the type of administrative support needed may vary and so flexibility is vital in this role.
The Administrator will ensure the efficiency of activities within the team through providing administrative support for a range of teaching and testing activities, maintaining accurate student records and complying with data protection requirements, monitoringstudent attendance and supporting processes around this including compliance processes, providing administrative support for enrolment and exams, dealing with enquiries and communicating with students and other stakeholders, monitoring student bookings, andsupporting meetings and staff recruitment processes.
For all elements of this role, the post holder will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support the development of constructive working relationships within the team and across the wider Group, as well as attention to detail and an abilityto work to deadlines.
Main

**Responsibilities**:
1.Provide high level administrative support to the management team with responsibilities for EAP and language delivery within CU Group, and all related activity necessary for the effective working of all relevant programmes, whether delivered face-to-face,online or in a blended mode.
2.Take the lead for routine blocks of work such as attendance monitoring and student bookings, supporting all processes and communications with students and staff, and inputting onto relevant systems; support compliance with UKVI regulations; being proactivewithin these activities and communicating any problems early.
3.Provide administrative support for key activities such as student enrolment, exams and results processes, and staff recruitment.
4.Create and maintain spreadsheets and other key documentation supporting course delivery; circulate relevant documentation in a timely fashion as appropriate.
5.Ensure student records are maintained and accurately recorded onto relevant systems, and that information storage meets CU Group and GDPR requirements.
6.Manipulate large sets of data and assist with the collation, analysis, evaluation and presentation of management information. This will include undertaking web-based searches, using data extraction, Excel, Universe and other tools to produce a précis of information.
7.Effectively deal with enquiries from both external and internal customers through a variety of media ensuring that a high level of customer service is provided.
8.Where appropriate, act as the first point of contact with students on CU Group programmes, and to meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority.
9.Support management meetings including taking minutes and distributing these as required.
10.Monitor room bookings for EAP and language course deliveries.
11.Undertake routine administrative tasks including arrangements for examination printing, photocopying and collation of documents, and ordering printed materials and/or support access to online resources.
12.Provide administrative support for stand-alone testing activities as required.
13.Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information and personal data with discretion.
14.Manage staff travel arrangements where necessary.
15.Ensure information and processes are accurate and up-to
