Additionally, you will: - Keep up to date with any system changes to develop timely training for colleagues - Support the implementation of projects and initiatives - Contribute to a positive culture and strong team spirit - Develop strong working relationships with other departments - Support the day-to-day running of the e-learning/Learning Management System platform. **About You** To join us as a Learning & Development Co-ordinator, you will need: - The ability to communicate professionally and effectively verbally and in writing - The ability to review data and recognise potential problems - An encouraging, "can-do" approach - Awareness of your own strengths and development requirements - A respectful, collaborative attitude Other organisations may call this role Skills Development Coach, Trainer, L&D Officer, L&D Advisor, Training Officer, Learning and Development Officer, or Workforce Development Officer.
