**Role Overview**: We are in search of an enthusiastic Social Media and YouTube Channel Intern with a flair for creativity and a knack for digital storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who is fascinated by the intersection of social media, video content creation, and the property industry. As an intern, you will be instrumental in launching and growing our YouTube channel, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to our social media strategy while aligning with our brand's vision.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our team to create and launch our YouTube channel, shaping the content strategy and visual storytelling elements.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content weekly (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news) related to our properties and market insights.
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram, adapting content to suit different channels.
- Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews from the community.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and social media best practices.
- Assist in the creation of a content calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year.

**Salary**: £12,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
