**Job Purpose**:
**What you will do**:

- Deliver an exceptional customer service and experience
- Assist with the running and support of in-house events & webinars
- Monitoring and running our community platforms & engage clients (Kajabi, WhatsApp Communities, Facebook groups)
- Drive our Trust Pilot reviews and monitor and reduce complaints
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Create and follow company processes as new tasks and requirements are implemented
