We are looking for a responsible English and Mandarin Chinese speaking **HR & Admin Executive** who is well-organized and can work under pressure. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks across different apartments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work in various locations within London.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all office & frontline staff (including job posting, initial screening, coordinating, facilitating (telephone &/ face to face) interviews, recruitment reports, conducting right to work checks etc).
- Process staff enrolment procedures (on-boarding arrangements, orientation, trainings etc).
- Act as the first point of contact in relation to all internal/external HR related queries. Handling the queries in an appropriate and efficient manner.
- Take a pro-active approach in advising leads on statutory changes and developments in the market.
- Oversee and resolve staff disciplinary and grievances issues. Advise managers on responses to any employee relations issues. Liaise with external professionals as required.
- Ensure that the company’s HR policies are well-developed, updated and reviewed according to developments in employment law and best practices. Update the staff handbook with HR policies agreed.
- Uphold management/administrative systems across the company.
- Develop flowcharts, guidelines and sets of practical templates, forms and checklists to support managers and staff.
- Manage databases and filing system, and processing expenses and salary.
- Provide administrative support in day-to-day operations.
- Miscellaneous tasks to support managers.
- Work in shops when required, provide excellent customer service.
- Adhoc work may be required on weekends.

**Requirements**:

- University Degree.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English and Mandarin Chinese is a must.
- Strong administration skills and good attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
