Cloud21 isa consultancy and managed services company that supports the NHS to meet a number of national objectives to digitise and integrate health and care services.
Cloud21 has developed informatics and digital transformation strategies, built business cases, advised on policies, delivered cyber security services, provided implementation teams and managed delivery from small upgrades of systems to a £1b, 10-hospital programme.
**What’s your role?**
For this role you will be a natural and meticulous organiser and enjoy creating memorable experiences for people. The events we attend and organize bring together the best minds in the digital health space and provide a platform for education, conversation and progressing the digital health agenda.
Beyond this, events are a key vehicle for people to experience Cloud21 and get to know our people.
**In this position you will**:
coordinate Cloud21 internal, associate and industry events, both physical and virtual with the support of the content manager and head of marcomms and engagement.
**Responsibilities**
- Source event venues that speak to the Cloud21 brand.
- Coordinate the logistics for events, including hotel and travel bookings, shipping equipment, catering and preparing event briefs for delegates and staff.
- Source and prepare merchandise and event material.
- Support set-up and pack down of events, providing information to participants and checking in registration of participants.
- Manage the data inputting side of Salesforce CRM of existing and new contacts. Ensuring duplications are removed, all orgs have full information that links to event attendance data.
- Prepare event reports and collate lessons learned that can be applied to improve future events.
**Qualifications / Skill**
For this position, the following requirements apply:
- Experience in events is desirable but if you are customer service oriented or have project coordination or hospitality experience that will also be considered.
- You’re a meticulous planner, very organized and keep plans well documented and updated.
- You’re aware of the big and the little things that collectively deliver exceptional experiences.
- You’re able to collate and present information that will help busy colleagues prepare for events.
- You feel energized and thrive when solutions are needed in last minute situations in the name of ‘the show must go on’.
- Experience with Microsoft 365.
