**Job description**

Experience is preferred.

As a Fish Fryer you will need to have great frying skills, able to work within a team & work well under pressure. Communication is a key part of this role especially during busy periods. Able to monitor portion and waste control.

This job requires exemplary cleaning standards, keeping on top of daily cleaning jobs in the frying area and cleaning down equipment to a high standard.

Working at a fast but efficient and safe pace is key in this job role as you will be working in a busy environment.

You will maintain records and control stock rotation, ensure the frying area and service areas are clean and hygienic at all times.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.80 per hour
