Trainee Fryer

Kirby’s of Meanwood is an Award winning Fish and Chip shop in the heart of Meanwood, Leeds since 1922. The enthusiastic and passionate crew is led by Andy who has over 20 years experience within the trade.

**Job role (Full Training will be given)**:
Be able to deliver exceptional standards of customer service

Serving customers by taking orders, portioning and wrapping food

General cleaning and housekeeping duties

Cooking and preparing foods in line with our food safety procedure

Opening and closing of shift

Leading shift

Food safety qualification level 2 or above (preferable)

Assisting in maintaining our 5 star hygiene status

Flexibility to needs of the business

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Alternate Saturday’s off, Sunday’s off plus one day during the week off.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

- Weekend availability
