We are a fast-growing company that provide cleaning services to businesses of all sizes across the South Coast. The office where the successful applicant will be based is in Hove.
As we continue to grow, we have the opportunity for another dynamic administrator who will also work as a resource coordinator to join us.
**There will be the requirement for some out evening and weekend working as well as being on call and covering cleans on a rotational basis (one in three or four weeks), as well as managing staff as needed. The on-call allowance is factored into the salary, with additional paid for any hours where you are required to attend sites, where issues cannot be resolved on the phone.**
You must be able to follow set processes to ensure tasks are completed correctly.
You must have a friendly and confident telephone manner.
Your main duties will include answering the telephone and dealing with general enquiries, talking to prospective clients, allocating resources and solving problems in a timely manner.
**You MUST have a full UK driving licence.**
Your normal working hours will be Monday to Friday between 0830 to 1700hrs, to include a one hour lunch break.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Your main duties will include answering the telephone and dealing with general enquiries, talking to prospective clients, managing and allocating resources and solving problems in a timely manner.
**Qualifications and Skills**
Essential skills include having a confident telephone manner, being an excellent communicator and a competent computer operator, using our own software and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
You must be able to work confidently standalone using initiative, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
You need to be confident in managing staff including challenging individuals.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,500.00 per year
