This role is being offered on a 2-year fixed term basis.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Manage a personal caseload, delivering one-to-one, tailored employment support to Southwark residents.
- Work collaboratively with clinical teams and community partners to provide a joined-up service.
- Build relationships with local employers to unlock inclusive job opportunities and promote long-term economic independence.
- Contribute to wider economic growth programmes across the Planning & Growth division.

**What We're Looking For**
- Passionate about making a real difference in people's lives through employment.
- An understanding of the barriers people with health conditions face accessing the labour market.
- Knowledge of the local job market, including in-demand industries and skills gaps.
- Familiarity with or willingness to train in IPS and SEQF frameworks.
- A great communicator who is compassionate, proactive, and naturally builds trust and rapport.
- First-class organisational skills with a flair for forward-planning and multitasking under pressure.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills using Microsoft365.
- Confidence handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- You’ll have a track record of developing others and delivering results and shared goals.
- Able to manage programmes and projects, making sure every milestone is hit and every challenge tackled.
- You’ll be required to travel across the borough visiting employers and working from our community hub in Peckham.
