IT Support Officer

**Please note - This role is to start as a temp with a view to go perm after 3 months**
Role responsibilities:
- Support the administration of the ICT infrastructure including end-user support, domain administration, hardware support, software support and telephony.
- Oversee the contractual and partnership arrangements with IT third party Cloud host providers to ensure provision of a high quality and responsive service for staff
- To raise the awareness of IT use and data management good practice throughout the business and input into policies and procedures.
- Liaise with other third party providers such as internet/broadband, telephone and hardware suppliers
- Oversee the company’s mobile phone contract ensuring replacement handsets and data usage are managed as efficiently as possible and activate processes required for competitive tendering at renewal
- A minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in a 1st line technical support role
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work remotely, in the office, and sometimes travel to other offices around the UK
- Have strong problem serving skills
