Office Administrator/ Book Keeper

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Provide clerical support, including filing, typing, and maintaining office documents.
- Uphold professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients and vendors.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
**Experience**
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential; experience with other accounting software is a plus.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with Google Suite for document management and communication.
- Previous experience in an office environment performing administrative or clerical tasks is preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From £25,805.00 per year
