**OVERVIEW**:
A rapidly growing direct-to-consumer startup specialising in homeware is seeking a **Midweight with 4-5 years experience as a Creative Social-First Content Creator and Video Editor who is used to shooting (by phone) and editing (in adobe) high levels of high performing short form video-first content for paid social ads, understanding channel trends and strategies for creating creative content that leads to conversion**.

**Someone who is available to start in August, who is from a similar market or creative agency background and can show Video and Motion graphic ability for typographic treatments using After Effects is a bonus**

This is an execution-led position working closely with the creative direction of the Creative Strategist to deliver content that is clean, fast, and designed to convert.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
Collaborate with the Creative Strategist and wider team to:

- Execute creative briefs by shooting and editing performance content for paid social across product, creator, and brand angles.
- Lead content production from raw shoot footage to final edited deliverables using motion, kinetic type and transitions to transform internal footage, user-generated content, and campaign assets into high-converting advertisements.
- Continuously evolve editing styles and formats based on performance data and results.
- Maintain an organised pipeline of working files, exports, and content tagging.
- Support internal shoot logistics, including filming, lighting, and setup for iPhone shoots.Manage the weekly content pipeline - creative editing load, prioritising content for platforms like Meta and TikTok based on testing needs.

- A fast-moving video-first creative who understands what performs on paid social and why.
- Confidence in shooting by iPhone, with the ability to balance scrappy content creation with clean, elevated results.
- Strong editing instincts for Meta and TikTok in short-form formats using motion, kinetic type, and transitions.
- Use of CapCut and Premiere Pro. Bonus points for experience with other emerging tools that enhance workflow speed (After Effects)
- A detail-oriented editor - taking performance brief through to strong assets delivery.Managing a content pipeline independently, from ingesting raw files to final delivery, while remaining reactive to performance data.
