The Role We seek a true creative dynamo who doesn't see lines between formats. This pivotal role blends high‑impact, fast‑paced video editing, stunning photography and a constant flow of fresh ideas, driving engagement across social media and capturing thrilling action at our race days. Vertical Video & Social Native – Edit fast‑paced, entertaining Reels and Shorts, turning broadcast footage into compelling social clips for a youth‑culture audience. Content Ideation & Collaboration – Contribute innovative content concepts and production plans across the marketing function, working flexibly including evenings and weekends as required by the season's race calendar. What we're looking for in you The Social‑First Creator – Background in digital content creation with expert‑level video design skills for Reels and Shorts, and keen awareness of global cultural trends and audience behaviours. The Flexible and Proactive Team Player – Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, responding quickly to changing priorities and building strong relationships across teams. The 'Chronically Online' Thinker – Creative mindset, performance‑oriented, understanding what content resonates and how to get noticed.
