Think fast, fun, scroll-stopping edits for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and beyond. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Synthesia shows up on social - from product drops and launch teasers to everyday social media campaignsMust-have skills/experience:High-level video editing experience with a strong portfolio.Proven experience editing social-first content (organic social and/or paid ads).At least some basic motion design skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly iterative content environment.Experience of content ideation (you won’t just cut footage, you’ll bring ideas to help shape what gets made).An understanding of platform-specific best practices (e.g. TikTok vs LinkedIn vs YouTube Shorts) - knowing what will hook people in the first 3 seconds.Some extra skills that would be awesome:Shooting and basic production skills (especially for UGC-style or lo-fi footage).Experience using GenAI tools (e.g: ChatGPT Image, Google Veo3, Pika, etc..).Design skillsB2B experienceLocation: London or UK RemoteBenefits:Private Medical Insurance (London)Paid parental leave entitling primary caregivers to 16 weeks of full pay, and secondary 5 weeks of full pay25 days of annual leave + public holidays in the country where you are based.Cycle to work scheme (London).Regular socialsA generous referral scheme.Pension contribution/salary sacrifice.
