**Alpine Surveys are excited to offer a new vacancy for an enthusiastic Project Administrator to join our growing team.**
The future team member will have knowledge and experience regarding buildings and construction.

**The job description includes**:
- Introducing our survey services to clients
- Planning of Structural Surveys on our system
- Supporting our Structural Engineers
- Assessing reports
- Establishing which services are required and providing quotations
- Liaising with various internal departments and maintaining a high level of customer service
- Keep an organised booking calendar, updating customers from start to finish and communicating changes to the relevant surveyor
**Other Requirements**:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and deal with multiple customers or enquiries at any one time
- Excellent IT skills with experience in Excel, Word and Outlook. Alpine Surveys are a very much recognised and growing consultancy, that specialise in accurately resolving issues in properties of all ages. We provide Structural Surveys, Building Condition Surveys, Thermal Imaging Surveys, Party Wall Surveys and Aerial Surveys throughout the South of England. Our customer feedback and references on internet systems detail our success and level of professionalism and accuracy.
Salary between £18,500 to £26,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
