**Part-Time FP & A Assistant** required to join a small but growing and ambitious charity based in Dorset that is looking to double their turnover in the next 5 years. Reporting into the FP & A Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager ensuring a high standard of processing and accurate reporting. You will work as part of the wider Finance team to provide assistance in other areas including VAT, receivables, grant administration, issuing contracts, and year-end audit work. You will also be required to support the project to replace the finance system and review and implement new processes.

**Qualifications and experience:

AAT qualification (or equivalent) or proven experience with wide ranging skills
- Experience of Charity accounts would be desirable
- Experience of being involved in changing systems and procedures
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Excellent interpersonal skills at a variety of levels
- Good communicator (written and oral)
- Analytical and methodical, with a high degree of accuracy
- Flexible and proactive approach
