Sales Ledger Clerk

**Sales Ledger Clerk** required to join a small but growing and ambitious charity based in Dorset that is looking to double their turnover in the next 5 years. You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of financial processing, reporting and customer service. You will be responsible for processing day-to-day Income on the Sales Leger and ensuring all deadlines are met and work as part of a wider Finance team to assist in other areas including VAT, receivables, grant administration, issuing contracts, and year-end audit work. You will also support the project to replace the finance system and review and implement new processes.

**Qualifications and experience:

- **
- AAT qualification (or equivalent) or proven experience with wide ranging skills
- Experience of Charity accounts would be desirable
- Experience of being involved in changing systems and procedures
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Excellent interpersonal skills at a variety of levels
- Good communicator (written and oral)
- Analytical and methodical, with a high degree of accuracy
- Flexible and proactive approach
