Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our fantastic new team and we want to hear from you.

**What would you be doing?**
- Supporting customers of a Leading UK retail bank, with their everyday banking needs, over the phone
- Providing a first-class service, positive experience for both customer and client.

**Where are we based?**

Our new Tulketh Mill office is just minutes from Preston City Centre, off Blackpool Road. It offers excellent public transport links to the city centre and beyond, and also has free parking, if you want to drive The building is an old mill that has been converted into a modern, spacious, bright open plan office. It has many facilities including a canteen and shop. We are also close to many retail shops if you want to venture out.
