**As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be getting involved in**:

- Building and maintaining positive relationships
- Sending CVs, organising interviews & delivering offers
- Posting on social media, including videos & TikTok
- Delivering a high-quality customer service

**We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with**
- Recent sales administrator and/or customer service experience
- Confidence to pick up the phone and chat to people
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good organisation, time management & prioritising skills
- An engaging, warm, and enthusiastic personality
- A positive, proactive, determined and driven mindset

**In return, the successful Customer Service Advisor can expect a starting salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, plus fantastic benefits such as**
