You will get to manage your own employee relations caseload and there will be plenty of opportunity to be involved in exciting HR projects, which may include lead on key initiatives. For example, policy writing, develop training modules, work on communication & engagement and review our talent pipelines - and a whole lot more
This role would suit someone who is degree / CIPD qualified and looking for the next step in their HR career. As a foundation for this role, you will need to have strong hands on experience supporting the administrative element of the employee lifecycle.
**Ideal knowledge, skills and experience**:
- Experience of working with and advising line managers on good people management
- Recruitment and selection
- Application and understanding of HR Data, reporting and analysis
- Strong knowledge of employment law
