Service Co-ordinator

We are looking for a Service Co-ordinator to join our busy team at our Multi Franchise dealership in Poole. Your main responsibilities will be to keep the busy site flowing, assisting customers and the Service Front of House by assisting in the transferring of jobcards, Keys and some vehicles between the workshop control and Reception.
**The Opportunity**:
- Coordinating the smooth running of information, vehicles and keys between Reception and Workshop.
- Ensuring any additional service or repair requirements identified by the advisors are passed on to the workshop team;
- Supporting the Service and Sales teams to achieve their objectives and working with colleagues across the dealership to investigate and resolve customer complaints;
- Maintaining a professional manner and have high standards of personal presentation at all times.
**About You**:
- Effective communication skills;
- Ability to prioritise;
- A good level of fitness to be on the move and on your feet most of the day - you will enjoy walking and being outdoors; and
- A full UK driving licence (essential).
