**Contract Support Co-ordinator, £25,000, Poole**
**Purpose**
As Contract Support Co-ordinator, you will provide excellent customer service as well as confident administration/ business support, contributing to the continued growth and success of the business unit. Working within a team, you will anticipate and deliverto customer needs, working within SLA agreement times, ensuring company engineers are allocated efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
As **Contract Support Co-ordinator** you will:

- Obtain a comprehensive understanding of the scope of all key contracts and the client's individual expectations
- Allocate internal engineers to call outs, prioritising all work is always carried out in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
- Accurately process quotations and purchase orders
- Take ownership of reactive reporting, PPM records and on-site system management.
- Raise and assign work orders to relevant sources
- Undertake any other duties as requested by the directors, Contract and Office Manager
**Background**
As **Contracts Support Co-ordinator**you will:
- Be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excel skills to include, V look ups and basic functions
- Ideally have experience in medium sized business within a customer facing role
- Have demonstrable experience of communicating with Senior managers, clients, suppliers and staff of all levels and abilities
