**The Purpose of the Role of Area Sales Manager - Building Products**:
As Area Sales Manager, your remit will be to sell a wide range of building products into an established customer base of builders merchants belonging to buying groups such as Fortis and H&B, across south east England. Dealing at predominately Principal levelwithin the likes of Lawsons, Kent Blaxhill and All About Roofing Supplies, your role will be to improve brand visibility and introduce new product ranges to your clients. This exciting position will play to the strengths of those who enjoy developing longterm relationships and excel in a fast paced environment.

**For the position of Area Sales Manager - Construction Products, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria**:

- Managed a sales territory and developed sales growth at a strategic level
- Must have sold to builders merchants or other types of wholesale or FMCG retail
- Ambitious and driven to further their career
- Structured and organised approach to sales
- Excellent team working ability
- Must be well presented, driven, enthusiastic, articulate and personable
- Great relationship and account management skills
- Driving licence & experience of using a CRM system

**Benefits of this Area Sales Manager - Building Products**:

- Up to £45,000 base salary, plus 20% bonus, uncapped
- Company car, hybrid and fully electric models available or allowance
- £8.00 per day lunch allowance
