Your key responsibilities will include:
- To facilitate sales, client and contractual relationships ensuring that we are true partners in their business
- Maintains a strong relationship with client during coordination, execution and evaluation stages of services.
- To inspire exceptional service to our clients and guests through the Levy Difference

**Who you are**:
Our ideal Sales Office Event Coordinator will:
- Extensive experience in a demanding hospitality environment (essential)
- Complex C&E / F&B management background (essential)
- London market experience (essential)
- Exhibitions / Conference experience (desirable)
- Experience of working with a client group
- Able to influence at all levels
- High degree of IT proficiency

**What you'll be doing**:
We're currently recruiting a dedicated Sales Office Event Coordinator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in The Venues Collection on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.
