You will have responsibility for all aspects of customer service;
- Order processing and fulfilment
- Transport and logistics booking
- Complaint handling and resolution
- Query handling
- Quotation development

- **Customer order processing**:

- **Import and export procedures**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues across the wider business
- Patient, calm and effective under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude, especially during the seasonal pressures of the business.
- Strong time management and organisation skills

This role is office based and the normal hours will be 37.5 hours per week (actual start and finish times to be agreed but will be within the window of 07.30 -17.30 Mon-Fri) for a full-time role.

This is a salaried position with a starting salary of a minimum of £24,999. Other benefits include:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred but not essential)
