**Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on sales leads.
- Organise and manage your time efficiently to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback for future reference.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a sales role or similar position is ESSENTIAL.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- A basic understanding of IT systems relevant to sales processes is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong negotiation skills.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service at all times.
- Experience in hitting and maintaining sales Targets.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £30,998.00-£34,653.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
