We are looking for a personable and confident individual to join our family-run business, based in and around Lincoln, as a Sales Representative.

Uncapped commission pay, with the opportunity to earn £40,000pa, plus mileage expenses covered for the first three months at 35p per mile.

**What you’ll be doing**

Provided with award-winning training - sales representatives will be equipped with the tools to demonstrate our premium shutter and blind products during home visits with customers. You will manage your own diary fed by leads provided by the business, and be able to quote effectively on the day to facilitate the manufacture of the shutters/blinds.

You'll get some branded shirts to wear and an extensive sales kit of samples and collateral to show and leave with your customers.

You may also be asked to engage with affiliate relationships such as other home interior businesses or housing developments with regular keeping in touch visits and networking.

**What experience do I need?**
- Sales experience (up to 2 years preferable)
- Full UK drivers license
- Charismatic and friendly customer-facing individual
- Strong communicator
- Experienced time and diary planning skills
- Ability to work independently to a busy schedule
- Experience working with shutters or blinds or home interiors and homes sales is an advantage.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
